Power Vinyasa Yoga

Physical high intensity style of yoga

Focus on building strength and endurance. Vinyasa yoga is “flow” that you move from one posture to another, linking your breathing to the different motions of your body. Power yoga does not have official style form of yoga but for here, Power Yoga aims building strength and endurance through flow yoga, some drills to enhance your yoga practice, holding postures longer than flow. A power yoga class may be more physical strength class more than relaxed mindful yoga experience. though your mind should be stimulated always as you practice because you always think your body, thoughts, and “grow” through your practice

Ⅰ: Beginner-Foundational vinyasa flow and postures

: Intermediate – intermediate flow as learning intermediate -advanced arm inversion or backbend postures

: Advanced flow-advanced flow as incorporating some arm inversion or backbend postures

Gentle Flow Yoga/Restorative Yoga

Relaxing Yoga. All levels welcome

Pace is slower, less intensity as feel calm, peace and relaxing as incorporate meditation, breath work etc.. Gentle flow yoga is flow base yoga including multiple standing postures but it is different from Power Vinyasa Yoga. it focuses on “relaxing” more than “challenging”. Restorative Yoga is also focusing on “relaxing” gentle flow yoga but less standing postures. Props will help you to stretch your body well. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga has a lot of similarity with gentle yoga, but some points are different. Yin yoga is deeper stretch as focusing on connective tissues of the ligaments, facia, joints and bones. It is NOT easy but great class for all including athlete, yoga practioners. This is the description: All forms of yoga can provide benefits physically, emotionally, and mentally; however, Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. One big difference noticed by students of Yin Yoga is the long-held, passive nature of the posture, which gives time for a deeper journey to unfold, a journey into the meditative aspects of yoga, a bridge to living life mindfully.
